Applying for a job with Conex is easy. Simply follow the process below:

APPLYING FOR A ROLE
You can either search our current vacancies, or through our general ongoing positions.

RESUME
Please ensure your resume is to be up to date and highlights your skills and experience relevant to the role you are applying for.

PHONE INTERVIEW
Applicants who meet our initial criteria will be contacted for a phone interview. This is the time for us to get to know you, and the time for you to get to know about the position.

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW
Successful phone interview candidates will be invited to attend a face to face interview. The interview provides another opportunity to learn more about one another and ask further questions.

CHECK REFEREES
In your application, you must provide details of at least two referees who we can contact to confirm your experience. Previous supervisors or managers are preferred as they have observed your abilities in the work environment.

OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE
If successful, you will be offered the position and learn more about the employment package, and officially become a member of the team at Conex.
