REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
 

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role 

• Experience working away on remote construction sites

• High level detailed earthworks & concrete experience

• Be capable of operating in a fast paced & frequently changing work environment while undertaking a variety of tasks as directed by line management.

• Manage project resources (labour, plant & materials) to ensure effective delivery of plan

• Take responsibility for Subcontractors & staff

• Ensure Employment Agreements are implemented & administered for direct wages employees

• Anticipate & manage risks to project delivery

• Actively track & monitor performance & take action to address under-performance

• Have a strong commitment to working safety & extensive experience in civil/concrete services projects.

• Adhere to strict quality controls & ITP hold points

• Be schedule driven & results orientated with an excellent work ethic with excellent leadership skills

• Be confident managing across a range of different relationships throughout the business & on site

• Training & staff development

• Construction Card (Blue/White)

• Experience working in FIFO

• Proactive safety attitude

• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously

• Must be able to pass a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol Screen 

• Comply with all relevant WH&S legislation

• Immediate start

• Sydney & Regional NSW

• 8 hour day / 5-7 days
